Recent Radley Happenings

I decided that I'd better give Radley a little more attention and one more post before the baby comes. We've been getting Radley ready for summer and for the baby. This is a before and after picture of Radley's hair....it was definitely time for a haircut, he would have major bedhead every morning and I could hardly get it wet enough to lay down. Plus, he's outside 24-7 when the weather is nice and he was getting so sweaty and dirty with his long hair...I like the short hair look, although he looks so old.

I have been dreading the switch of moving Radley from his crib to a bed. I just knew he'd get up all night long and come into our room. I decided we might as well try it, so we put the crib in the nursery and put Radley's car bed in his room. We made a big deal about it and he loved it, he thought it was so cool and just layed and played on it tons that day. That night he only got up once and I just layed him back down in it and he slept till morning. He's been fine ever since, going to bed at 9-ish and sleeping all night long in his big car bed until 7-8 in the morning. It's great and I stressed for nothing I guess. One more thing I can check off the list as we prepare for little sister! He really looks old sleeping in a bed!

Chris got a hold of Radley again and this is what that looks like:
Chris just loves dressin' him up and making him a little rapper or hip/hop dancer. I've decided that Chris is going to be soley to blame when all Radley listens to is rap when he's a teenager...Chris can deal with that all by himself. :) Radley loved the bandana though and didn't take it off the rest of the day. Rad sure is lots of fun these days, gotta to enjoy him while we can, only 2 1/2 weeks left before the baby comes and I think Radley is going to have a hard time adjusting to not being the center of attention all day everyday. We are so excited though and can't wait to add to our family and see what our little girl will look like!
